The main focus of the work is to investigate the effect of Fe, Co and W doping on the structural phase, electric and magnetic properties of classical BaTiO3 ceramic system. In this regard we have prepared the specimen of Ba0.95Co0.05Ti0.5Fe0.33W0.17O3 using solid state method and it is examined from X-Ray technique that tetragonal to hexagonal phase transformation occurs by the influence of substituents. The temperature dependent dielectric analysis depicts increase of TC (ferroelectric transition) along with relaxor phenomenon. Room temperature magnetism and ferroelectricity was observed simultaneously in the present specimen. All the results are likely to be originating from the strong coupling of the incorporation of magnetic ions and oxygen vacancies related hexagonal phase phenomena, which have significant character for modern device application. 2023 Elsevier Ltden_US
